Your asks
3 versionsVersion 1
Thanks for coming in! If you have a minute, an honest review helps other people find us. A few honest words online would help a lot.
Version 2
Hi, it was lovely to see you today. If you are happy to, would you share an honest review of us? A few honest words online would help a lot. No worries if not.
Version 3
Thanks for coming in. Would you tell others what it was like, good or bad? A few honest words online would help a lot. It takes about a minute.
Before you send it
- Send it to every customer you served, not only the ones who seemed happy.
- Offer nothing in return. Review sites ban paid and rewarded reviews.
- Add your own name at the end, and ask once. Do not chase.

How these asks are written
Every ask is hand-written, not generated, and follows the same rules as our guide to asking for reviews. A good ask costs the customer a minute and costs you nothing to send.
- Ask for an honest review, never a good one.
- Make it easy: the link comes early, or the ask offers to send it.
- Keep it short and make one request.
- Offer nothing in return. No discount, gift or entry into a draw.
- No pressure: no deadline, no guilt, and a clear "no worries" when it fits.
