How these replies are written

Every reply is hand-written, not generated, and follows the same rules as our guide to responding to reviews. The reply is for the hundred strangers who read your page next month, not only for the reviewer.

Thank them first, even when the review stings.

Name one specific thing they said, so it does not read like a bot.

Never argue or blame, and never admit fault in public.

Never promise a refund or a discount in a public reply. Settle that in private, if at all.

Take a complaint offline with an invitation to contact you directly.

Never accuse anyone of a fake review. Say you cannot find their visit and ask them to get in touch.
