Business brief builder for ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini

ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini know nothing about your business until you tell them. Answer eight short questions and we put your answers, word for word, under clear headings in one note. Then we show you where to paste it in each tool, so every new chat starts knowing the basics.

Free, no sign-up. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.

Your answers

  1. Write it the way you want customers to see it, plus any short name people use.

For example: Fern and Crumb Bakery. Our regulars just call us Fern and Crumb.

    0 / 800

  2. List your main products or services in everyday words, the way you would explain them to a new customer.

For example: Fresh bread baked every morning, pastries, birthday cakes made to order, and coffee to take away. We bake everything ourselves, on site.

    0 / 800

  3. Describe your usual customers, and anyone you would like to reach more of.

For example: Mostly neighbours on their way to work, parents after the school run, and families ordering cakes for birthdays. We would love more office orders.

    0 / 800

  4. Your address or area, and anything that helps people find you. Say if you deliver or only work online.

For example: On Elm Street in the old town square, next to the library. Parking is behind the building. We deliver cakes to nearby towns.

    0 / 800

  5. Your usual days and hours, plus holidays or seasons when they change.

For example: Tuesday to Saturday, 7am to 3pm. Sunday 8am to noon. Closed on Mondays and for two weeks every August.

    0 / 800

  6. Say which ways you prefer, which ones you do not check, and how quickly you usually reply.

For example: Call the shop for anything needed today. Email us for cake orders and we reply within one working day. We do not check social media messages.

    0 / 800

  7. In general terms only, with no exact numbers, so the note stays right when your prices change.

For example: Mid-range for the area. Bread and pastries are about what a supermarket bakery charges. Custom cakes cost more, because each one is made by hand.

    0 / 800

  8. Promises you cannot keep, topics to stay away from, or words that do not sound like you. Write each one as a short rule.

For example: Never promise a cake for the same day. Never say anything is allergy safe, because nuts and flour share one kitchen. Never offer discounts.
